With over twenty years of experience as a therapist, including sixteen years specializing in EMDR therapy, I help people who struggle with deeply rooted emotional patterns and unwanted behaviours.

EMDR plays a central role in processing past experiences and reducing the intensity of triggers.

My approach goes beyond symptom management. I combine EMDR with methods such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), and inner child work.
